- One Spanish lesson during 55-minutes .
- Lessons must be paid for a week prior to the class via Pay Pal or bank transfer.
- We offer you 1 free trial class of 20 minutes.
- If a lesson is interrupted for more than 10 minutes due to the fault of Hispania Virtual or its employees, the student will be credited with an additional free lesson.
- If you want to cancel a class, we will not charged , if you give us 18 hours notice, the credit will go to your next class.
- If you want to change your lessons Schedule, give us 18 hours notice and we can rearrange classes.
- If a student fails to be available online for a class, the teacher will wait for 20 minutes after the set time before disconnecting. The student will be charged as normal for a 55 minute class.
- If the internet connection is poor or goes down, the class will be rescheduled for a later date.
